Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slyder Consulting Group website ("Site") and any services we provide. By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of this website
This Site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, share links to our pages, and contact us via the methods provided. You may not:
- Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to harvest content or contact information
- Attempt to compromise site security, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with normal operation
- Use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
- Reproduce, republish, or repurpose substantial portions of our content without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
2. Engagement of services
This website is marketing material. It does not constitute a service agreement. Services are governed by a separate written Master Service Agreement (MSA) and one or more Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between Slyder Consulting Group and the client. In any conflict between this Site and an executed MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW controls.
3. Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Slyder Consulting Group or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Site content without prior written permission. Brief, attributed citations for editorial, educational, or news purposes are permitted under fair use principles.
The "Slyder Consulting Group" name and logo are trademarks. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site (Microsoft, Anthropic, n8n, NinjaOne, AWS, and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
4. No warranty
This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Information on the Site is provided in good faith for general informational purposes; it does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slyder Consulting Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site. Total liability for any claim related to this Site is limited to USD $100.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
For active client engagements, separate liability terms in the executed MSA control and replace this Section 5.
6. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slyder Consulting Group, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating litigation, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation for at least 30 days.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, indemnification) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Slyder Consulting Group regarding the use of this Site. For active client engagements, the executed MSA and applicable SOWs supersede these Terms with respect to the services governed by those agreements.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to Slyder Consulting Group via the contact methods on our homepage or by booking a call.
